Fish in Orange Garlic Sauce 





Ei tar idea ta peyechhilam amar dewarer kachh theke. Bananor samay ami sompurno nijer moto kore korechhi. Barite ja ja chilo tai diye baniyechhilam .

Barite Boneless Basa Fish chhilo , setake dhuye , jol ta puro jhoriye cube kore kete niye ektu ada bata, peyaj bata ar olpo lebur rosh , nun poriman moto diye 5 mnt rekhe chhilam. tarpor akta plate e shukno corn flour e ogule ke mekhe niye dubo tel e halka golden brown kore bheje tule rekhechhilam.

Ebar Korai te 1 tea spoon olive oil gorom kore 1 table spoon rosun kuchi dilam. Rosun ta just brown hote shuru korlei or modhye 1 small cup orange juice dilam. Tar por olpo kacha lonka kucho [ ichche korle red chilli fkakes o dite paren] , Swad moto Modhu , Nun diye ota ke fotalam. Taste ta tok-jhal-misti moto hobe. Fute uthle otar modhye bheje rakha fish fillet gulo add korlam. Nere chere nilam jate sauce ta ogulor gaye lage. Tar por olpo ektu jol e 1 teaspoon con flour gule or modhye  mishiye diye purota aste kore nere nilam. Sabdhane narte hobe jate machher tukro gulo bhenge na jay.sauce ta ghono hoye fish er tukro gulor gaye lege gele namiye niye gorom gom Veg noodles er sathe kheyechhi. Awesome chhilo taste. Sob miliye somoy legechhe hardly 15 to 20 mnts.
