'Laksa' [thai food]





BLEND 4 CURRY PASTE:
2 red chillies
2 stalks lemon grass,chopped
6 flakes garlik,chopped
2 small onions,chopped 1/2 tea spoonhaldi powder
1 tea spoon goor

ei sab golo ak sathe mixi te paste kore nite hobe.


for the base:
2 tb spoon badam tel
2 onions,chopped 4 flakes garlic,chopped
150ml tinned coconut milk
120ml light veg stalk.( jeveg gulo debo setar seddho kora jal ta rakhlei hobe)
2 thai lime leaves
1 cup boiled mushroom tukro kora
1 cup boiled broccoli tukro kora
16 paneer/tofu cubes, fried
200 gm dhone pata,chopped
50 gm pudina pata,chopped
2tb spoon bhaja badam guro kora.
300gm rice noodles soaked in warm water for 5 mnts.


poddhoti:

1. pan a tel gorom kore kuchono,peyaj ar rosuner sathe curry paste ta koshe nite hobe.
2.tarpor ote coconut milk ar veg stock ta add korte hobe.2 mnts sim kore boil korte dite hobe. ebar ote thai leaves ar badam bhaja guro ta add korte hobe.
3. ebar searving bowl a prothom a noodles er akta layer; tarpor mushroom,broccoli ar paneer diye opor theke soup ta dhele dite hobe.dhonepata o pudina pata opor theke chhoriye garnish kore gormagorom poribeshan.

puro tai boi theke shekha kintu khete daarooooon.
